We offer a 15-day returns policy because we want you to absolutely love what you order. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return your item within 15 days of receiving it — as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging with the label attached, and sent back insured and postage paid.

 

Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us first and let us know why you’d like to return it. mark@idiomfragrances.com You’ll need to wait for a return confirmation from us — we’ll send over the details and instructions to make the process smooth and easy.

Once we’ve received your item, we’ll refund the full value of the product using your original payment method (so if you paid by credit card, that’s where the refund will go). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
